Hue

Rising from the midst of Downtown’s invigorating Warehouse district, at the corner of Hargett and Dawson Streets, Hue is designed to be a vivid place for active living. Neighboring other luxury communities- The Dawson on Morgan, Park Devereux, Martin Place, the Raleigh, the Quorum, the Bloomsbury, and West Hargett townhouses by the Joel Lane House- this mid-rise complex will add a new dimension to the area. Within three blocks can be found the Glenwood South district, Fayetteville Street, the convention district, and City Market, making it an easy walk to many of Raleigh's most popular restaurants and clubs. One block away is the downtown Triangle Transit Authority (TTA) station.

Within its’ seven stories, the building will contain 208 units with approximately 35 units on each residential floor, many of which will be sized and priced for residents that enjoy the multi-faceted lifestyle that the Warehouse district offers…dining, nightlife, meeting new faces. Hue should present some pleasant views, as it is situated across from Nash Square Park, a favorite of many. Other plans include a courtyard with a pool, 8000 feet of retail space, and a 300-space parking garage.
